The short version
AI training, included. Every professional placed through Sprint Labs can enrol in AI skills and workflow training built for their specific role, across all 72 roles we recruit for. A bookkeeper works through reconciliation and reporting tasks. A customer support specialist practises ticket triage and drafting replies. A software engineer covers code review and testing workflows. The courses are self-paced, run during normal working hours, and end with a practical assessment our operations team reviews. Accent conversion, optional. The add-on processes call audio in real time and adjusts the speaker's accent toward the listener's market, while their own voice, pace, tone and emphasis carry through. A real team member handles every call. It works with the client's existing softphone or VoIP platform, is priced at USD $1 per hour per user, and is billed on the existing monthly invoice. Why we put out a release
Offshore staffing has been sold on hourly rates for years. The rate matters, but the bigger question for most clients is how quickly someone can contribute inside their team.
