Every call sounds local — without changing who is on it.
AI accent conversion softens your offshore team's accent in real time on live calls. Tone, warmth and intent stay theirs. It plugs into the softphone you already use and costs $1 per hour, per user, on top of the seat.

What is ai accent conversion through Sprint Labs?
AI accent conversion is an optional add-on available now on any Sprint Labs seat, billed at $1/hour per user on your existing monthly invoice. It processes the call audio in real time so the accent is neutralised toward the listener's market while the speaker's own voice, tone and intent come through unchanged. It runs on top of your current softphone or VoIP platform, needs no retraining, and can be switched on or off per person.
- Phone-heavy teams: inbound support, outbound sales, appointment setting and collections
- Businesses whose customers are older, regional, or on poor-quality phone lines
- Teams where repeats and clarifications are stretching handle times
- Companies who keep passing on strong candidates purely because of accent
Included in every engagement.
Real-time accent neutralisation
The AI adjusts the speaker's accent as they talk, with latency low enough that the conversation still feels natural to both sides. Nothing is scripted, delayed or pre-recorded.
The person still comes through
This softens accent, not personality. Pace, emphasis, warmth, humour and intent are all preserved — your customer is talking to your actual team member, not to a synthetic voice.
Works with your existing phone system
It sits on top of the softphone or VoIP platform you already run. No number porting, no new dialler, no change to your call flows or recordings.
Per-seat, switchable
Turn it on for the people who take calls and leave it off for everyone else. Add or remove it per person at any time — it is a line item, not a contract change.
$1/hour per user
Billed on the same monthly Sprint Labs invoice as the seat, in your billing currency. No platform fee, no minimum user count, no separate vendor to contract with.
Nothing for your team to learn
No new habits, no scripts, no accent coaching programme. Your team keeps working exactly as they do now and the change happens in the audio path.
How it works.
- 01Tell us who needs it
Pick the seats that spend time on the phone. It can be one person or the whole team.
- 02We connect it to your softphone
Set up runs alongside normal onboarding and works with the major calling platforms.
- 03Listen to a sample
Hear your own team member before and after so you decide whether it earns its place.
- 04Billed by the hour used
$1 per hour per user, added to your existing monthly invoice. Switch it off any time.

Embedded in your workflow, not sitting on the sidelines.
Your ai accent conversion work in your tools, your rituals and your timezone overlap — the same standups, boards and reviews as the rest of your team.

We handle employment, payroll and retention.
Contracts, compliance, local payroll and hardware are ours to run. You direct the work and we keep the people supported, paid on time and staying long term.
What this isn't
It is not an AI agent, a voicebot or a script reader — a real employed person is on every call. It is not translation: your team already speaks fluent English, this only adjusts accent. And it is not a way to hide where your team is based; you decide what you tell your customers, and we would always suggest being straight with them.
Questions about AI accent conversion for offshore teams.
How much does AI accent conversion cost?
USD $1 per hour, per user, added to your existing monthly Sprint Labs invoice in your billing currency. There is no platform fee, no setup fee and no minimum number of users — you only pay for the seats you switch it on for.
Does the customer still hear the real person?
Yes. The AI adjusts accent only. The speaker's own pace, tone, emphasis and intent all carry through, so the conversation is still genuinely with your team member — it is simply easier for the listener to follow.
Which phone systems does it work with?
It layers over the softphone or VoIP platform you already use, including the common cloud contact-centre and dialler platforms. Tell us what you run and we will confirm the integration before you commit to anything.
Which roles is it worth using on?
Anyone who spends real time on live calls: customer support, SDRs and outbound sales, appointment setters, collections and AR officers, and executive or virtual assistants who field calls on your behalf. For roles that are mostly async — engineering, design, bookkeeping — it usually is not worth the line item.
Should we tell customers we use it?
That is your call, and there is no legal requirement in the markets we serve to disclose accent processing on a call the way there is for AI agents. Our position is straightforward: a real employed person is on the line, so nothing is being faked about who your customer is speaking to.
Can we trial it before rolling it out?
Yes. We will run a sample with your own team member so you can hear the before and after on a real call, then switch it on for one or two seats before committing the wider team.
