Is there a recruitment or placement fee?
No. There is no upfront recruitment fee and no percentage-of-salary placement fee. You pay a monthly rate per seat that covers the contractor's fee, recruitment, vetting, contracts, payments, management support and replacement.
What does the monthly rate actually include?
Everything it takes to manage the contractor engagement: contractor fee, recruitment and vetting, contracts, payments and FX, time off, management support, performance concerns, replacement and account management. These are built into your monthly invoice.

How long am I locked in?
Engagements run month to month after the initial term, with a 60-day notice period to release a seat. There is no multi-year contract and no exit fee.
What happens if the person isn't working out?
Tell us in the first 30 days and we replace them at no additional cost. After that we work through the performance concern with the contractor, and you can still release the seat on notice.
