    sprintlabs

Dedicated developers, embedded in your team — not an agency queue.

You get named engineers who work only on your product, attend your standups, and report to your leads. Sprint Labs is the legal employer: contracts, local payroll, benefits and compliance are ours; the work and the direction are yours.

    In short

What is dedicated developers through Sprint Labs?

A dedicated developer through Sprint Labs costs a flat monthly seat price in your own currency — no recruitment fee, no entity, no cross-border payroll. You interview and choose the person, direct their work daily, and can scale from one engineer to a pod without renegotiating a contract.

    Best for
    • Product teams that need more engineering capacity, not a delivery vendor
    • Companies with an in-house tech lead who can direct the work
    • Teams replacing unreliable freelancers with employed, long-tenure staff
    • Businesses that want cost relief without giving up code ownership
    What you get

    Included in every engagement.

    A named engineer, exclusively yours

No pooling, no shared allocation, no account manager between you and the work. The engineer sits in your Slack, your Jira and your repos.

    You run the interview

Sprint Labs vets and shortlists. You interview and decide. We never place someone you haven't approved.

    Employment, not contracting

Every hire signs a real employment contract with local statutory benefits and leave. That's why tenure runs in years — and why the person still knows your codebase next year.

    One monthly invoice

Flat seat cost in your billing currency, with the FX rate fixed at quote. Bonuses and commissions can be added as line items and we handle the local disbursement.

IP assignment that actually flows through

Confidentiality and IP-assignment clauses sit in the employment contract and carry to you through the MSA and Work Order.

    Replacement cover

If the fit is wrong, we re-run the search at no additional recruitment cost and manage the handover.

    Process

    How it works.

    1. 01
      Brief the role

Skills, seniority, timezone, budget. A job description — not a project scope.

    2. 02
      Shortlist in days

Named, vetted candidates with voice recordings, prior work and references.

    3. 03
      You interview

Run your own process. We handle scheduling, offer and contracting.

    4. 04
      Onboard and bill

Hardware, payroll and compliance handled. One monthly seat cost begins.

    Day to day

Embedded in your workflow, not sitting on the sidelines.

Your dedicated developers work in your tools, your rituals and your timezone overlap — the same standups, boards and reviews as the rest of your team.

    Managed for you

We handle employment, payroll and retention.

Contracts, compliance, local payroll and hardware are ours to run. You direct the work and we keep the people supported, paid on time and staying long term.

    Honest scope

    What this isn't

This isn't project outsourcing. We don't take delivery accountability, run your sprints or own your roadmap. If you need a team that owns an outcome end to end, look at Project Delivery Squads instead.

    FAQ

    Questions about dedicated offshore developers.

What does a dedicated offshore developer cost?

Sprint Labs bills a single flat monthly seat cost that covers salary, statutory benefits, local payroll, hardware, HR support and our employer margin. Mid-level engineers typically land between USD 2,000 and 3,600 per month depending on market and specialism; senior engineers between USD 3,200 and 5,600. There is no separate recruitment or placement fee.

Do I manage the developer directly?

Yes. Day-to-day direction, priorities, code review and performance feedback all come from you — exactly as with an in-house hire. Sprint Labs handles the employment relationship behind the scenes: payroll, leave, benefits, HR issues and compliance.

    How quickly can someone start?

Shortlists typically land within 5–10 business days of a clear brief. Brief-to-start is usually three to five weeks, driven mostly by the candidate's notice period.

    What's the minimum commitment?

Engagements are ongoing with a 60-day cancellation notice. That protects the employee — who has left another job to join you — and gives you a clean handover window if priorities change.
