Orders out, enquiries answered, listings live.
Retailers, marketplaces, 3PLs and freight businesses use Sprint Labs to staff order operations, supply chain admin, product data and customer support — through peak and through the quiet months.

What does offshore logistics, e-commerce & retail staffing actually get you?
Sprint Labs employs offshore order-processing, supply chain, product-listing and customer-support staff who work inside the tools you already run — Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, NetSuite, Zendesk — on a real employment contract, so the team staffing a peak season already knows your SKUs and carriers instead of learning on the busiest week of the year. Evening and weekend coverage becomes affordable because the seat cost is offshore, and operational headcount that would otherwise cut into margin is staffed without a local hiring round. Seats can be added ahead of a seasonal spike and wound down again with the standard notice period.
Building your logistics, e-commerce & retail team with Sprint Labs.
We staff the operational spine of commerce businesses: order processing, returns, freight documentation, supplier follow-up, product listings and the support inbox behind all of it.
Staff work in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, NetSuite, Cin7, Unleashed, Zendesk or whatever you already run.

Why do teams in this sector offshore in the first place?
Peak without panic hiring
Seasonal spikes are staffed by a team that already knows your SKUs and your carriers, instead of temps learning on the busiest week of the year.
Support hours that match customers, not staff
Evening and weekend cover is affordable when the seat cost is offshore, and returns and enquiries stop queuing overnight.
Clean product and inventory data
Listings, imagery, specs and stock records are relentless detail work — exactly what a dedicated, long-tenure team does well.
Margin protection
Operational headcount is a direct cost of goods sold in commerce. Moving it offshore protects margin without cutting service.

Don't see the role you need?
This list is what we staff most often — it isn't a limit. Sprint Labs recruits for any industry that needs offshore talent. If the role can be done well remotely, describe it and we'll tell you honestly whether we can fill it and what it costs.
What do buyers ask about offshore e-commerce and logistics support staff?
Can they cover weekends and public holidays?
Yes. Shifts are agreed at hiring and written into the employment contract, including weekend rotations and coverage over your local public holidays.
What about peak-season surge capacity?
Add seats ahead of peak with the same shortlist-and-interview process. Engagements carry a 60-day cancellation notice, so plan the ramp-down at the same time you plan the ramp-up.
Can offshore staff handle peak-season surges?
Yes, and it's the most common reason retailers start. Seats can be added ahead of Black Friday or end-of-financial-year, and because they're employees on real contracts we plan the ramp weeks in advance rather than scrambling for temps.
Which platforms and carriers do they work across?
Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and NetSuite on the storefront and ERP side, plus carrier and 3PL portals such as ShipStation, Starshipit and Cin7 for fulfilment and tracking exceptions.
Can they manage listings and content as well as orders?
Yes — listing creation, catalogue and pricing updates, SEO copy for product pages, and marketplace case management are routine alongside order, returns and tracking-exception work.
Are Sprint Labs e-commerce & logistics staff employees or contractors?
Employees. Sprint Labs is the legal employer in-market — we run local payroll, statutory benefits and leave, and hold the employment contract, including confidentiality and IP-assignment clauses that flow through to you. You direct the work day to day.
How are they billed?
One flat monthly seat cost per person, in your billing currency, with the FX rate fixed at quote. It covers salary, statutory benefits, local payroll, HR support and our employer margin. No recruitment fee and no percentage-of-salary model. Engagements carry a 60-day cancellation notice.
