    In short

What does offshore creative, digital & marketing staffing actually get you?

Sprint Labs employs offshore designers, writers, SEO and paid-media specialists, video editors and social managers who work inside your brand guidelines and existing tools — Figma, Adobe, Canva, Asana — on a flat monthly seat cost rather than an agency retainer or per-asset pricing. Because the same people stay dedicated to your brand campaign after campaign, output gets faster and more on-brand over time instead of restarting with a new freelancer each time. You brief and approve; Sprint Labs recruits, employs and manages the person.

    Why it works

Why do teams in this sector offshore in the first place?

    Production capacity on tap

Design, editing and content production is volume work. A dedicated in-house-feel team beats freelancer coordination and per-asset pricing.

    Consistent brand output

The same people, every week, working to your guidelines. No re-briefing a new freelancer each campaign.

Channel specialists you can afford full time

A dedicated SEO or paid-media specialist at offshore seat cost is realistic for businesses that could only afford a fractional consultant locally.

    Strategists stay strategic

Your senior marketers stop resizing banners and scheduling posts, and get back to positioning, offers and analysis.

    Good to know

    How creative work is reviewed

Your team briefs and approves. Staff work in your Figma, Adobe, Canva, Asana or Notion workspace so files, versions and feedback live where the rest of your marketing does.

    FAQ

What do buyers ask about offshore marketing and creative staff?

    Is this an agency retainer?

No. You're hiring named people who work only for you, at a flat monthly seat cost. There's no scope document, no per-asset pricing and no account manager between you and the work.

Can they write in Australian or British English?

Yes — specify it in the request and we screen for it in the writing assessment during vetting.

Can a single offshore seat cover design and production?

Usually yes for production work — resizes, template builds, motion cutdowns and asset localisation. Concept-level art direction is a separate, more senior brief, and we'd rather split the two than promise one seat does both well.

Who owns the creative work and the source files?

You do. IP assignment is in the employment contract, and staff work in your Figma, Adobe, Canva or DAM workspace, so layered source files live with you from the first day.

How do you brief and review remote creative staff?

The same way you would in-house: your brand guidelines, your brief template, your review tool. We help set a weekly review rhythm during onboarding so feedback loops don't stretch across time zones.

Are Sprint Labs creative & marketing staff employees or contractors?

Employees. Sprint Labs is the legal employer in-market — we run local payroll, statutory benefits and leave, and hold the employment contract, including confidentiality and IP-assignment clauses that flow through to you. You direct the work day to day.

    How are they billed?

One flat monthly seat cost per person, in your billing currency, with the FX rate fixed at quote. It covers salary, statutory benefits, local payroll, HR support and our employer margin. No recruitment fee and no percentage-of-salary model. Engagements carry a 60-day cancellation notice.
