We staff any industry that needs offshore talent.
These are the sectors we place into most often — but the model doesn't care what you sell. If the role can be done well remotely, Sprint Labs can recruit it, employ it in-market and manage it for you.

Sprint Labs staffs any industry that can be done well remotely, most often healthcare admin, accounting and finance, construction and engineering, technology and AI, creative and marketing, business support, sales, and e-commerce and logistics. Every placement uses the same managed-employment model — you interview and direct named employees; Sprint Labs recruits, employs, pays and supports them in-market.
What if our industry isn't on the list?
Legal, insurance, education, property, hospitality, not-for-profit, manufacturing — we've recruited into all of them. What matters is the role, not the vertical: describe the work, the tools and the hours, and we'll tell you honestly whether we can source it in Asia and what a seat costs.
What do people ask before hiring by industry?
Which industries does Sprint Labs staff?
We staff any industry that needs offshore talent. The sectors listed here are simply where we place most often — healthcare administration, accounting and finance, construction and engineering, technology and AI, creative and marketing, business support, sales, and e-commerce and logistics. If a role can be done well remotely, we can usually fill it.
Do you only place software developers?
No. Sprint Labs started in software engineering and that remains a deep pool, but the majority of our placements now sit outside it — finance, customer support, sales, marketing, healthcare admin, drafting and operations. Same vetting depth, same employment model, same management.
How does the employment model work?
Sprint Labs is the legal employer in the person's own country. We run recruitment, contracts, local payroll, statutory benefits, HR and compliance, and bill you a single flat monthly seat cost in your currency. You interview the candidate, direct the work daily, and keep everything they produce.
What if our industry isn't listed?
Tell us the roles and the tools. We'll be straight with you about whether we can source that profile in Asia, what it realistically costs and how long a shortlist takes. If we can't do it well, we'll say so.
