Sprint Labs is a managed staffing firm: you interview and choose named people, they work in your tools under your direction, and you keep the code, the roadmap and the institutional knowledge. We handle the contractor engagement, contracts, fees and payments, time off, performance concerns, replacement and offboarding.

How is Sprint Labs priced?

A single flat monthly seat cost per person, in your chosen billing currency with the FX rate fixed at quote. It covers the contractor's fee, recruitment and vetting, contracts, payments and FX, management support, and replacement. There is no recruitment fee, no placement fee and no percentage-of-salary model.
