Practical AI skills for the people you hire.
Every professional placed through Sprint Labs can enrol in AI training built for their role. They learn to apply AI tools to everyday tasks, check their own work and spot useful automation opportunities, within the tools and policies your business approves.
No additional training fee.
Skills relevant to the role
Training is built around the work your team member does, so a bookkeeper practises on invoices and reconciliations and a developer practises on code and tests.
Practical workflows for everyday work
They learn repeatable ways to research, draft, summarise and check, designed to make routine work quicker and easier to review.
Responsible use within your business
Accuracy, confidentiality and human review run through every module, and real data stays inside the tools you approve.

Role-specific tasks and workflows
Applying AI to the real work of their role.
- 04

What's included
Course access, role-specific modules, practice material and the practical assessment are included in your monthly fee, with no additional training fee. Third-party software subscriptions aren't included, and designing or building automations for your business is scoped separately. If that's what you need, see our AI automation engineer role.
Questions about AI training.
Is training included with every placement?
Yes. Every professional placed through Sprint Labs can enrol in role-specific AI training once they start with you.
Is there an additional training fee?
No. Course access, practice material and the practical assessment are included in your monthly fee. The modules run during your team member's working hours, at a time you choose.
Does the person need previous AI experience?
No. The course starts from their current level. People who already use AI daily, such as AI and automation engineers, work through more advanced material.
What does role-specific training cover?
The fundamentals and limits of AI tools, giving clear instructions, applying AI to tasks in their role, spotting automation opportunities, and checking work for accuracy and confidentiality. Each role page shows examples.
Can you work with our approved tools and policies?
Yes. How your team member applies their training depends on the tools and AI policy your business approves. If certain work must stay AI-free, they follow your rules.
Are AI software subscriptions included?
No. Which tools your team member uses, and who pays for any subscription, is agreed with you during onboarding.
When does training take place?
After your team member starts. You decide when they enrol, and the modules are self-paced so they fit around their workload.
How are practical skills assessed?
Each course ends with a practical assessment on realistic tasks for the role. Our operations team tracks completion and reviews the work for accuracy, appropriate tool use, confidentiality and how well the person explains their checks.
Does this include building automations for our business?
Training includes simple automation exercises relevant to the role. Designing and building automations for your business is separate work, and an AI automation engineer may be the better fit.
How is confidential information handled?
Practice material is synthetic or de-identified. Real business or customer information is used only within the systems and tools you authorise, under your policies.
