How long does it take to hire someone?
The median from posted request to signed offer is 18 days. Shortlists usually land three to ten days after the request, and onboarding completes within a couple of weeks of signing.
Do I interview the candidates myself?
Yes. We shortlist three to five vetted people with assessment scores and recorded interviews attached, and you interview whoever you want to before deciding.
Who engages the contractor?
Sprint Labs engages each professional as an independent contractor under a contractor agreement. They invoice Sprint Labs monthly through the portal and are responsible for their own tax and registrations. You contract with Sprint Labs, not the individual, and you direct the day-to-day work.
What do I need to provide?
A role brief, access to your tools, and normal day-to-day management. Sprint Labs manages contractor agreements, fees and payments, time off, performance concerns, replacement and offboarding.
Can I hire a whole team rather than one person?
Yes. Multi-role pods are built the same way — one request, one shortlist per role, one contract and one monthly invoice across all seats.
