1. Who we are

Sprint Labs Pte. Ltd. is a company registered in Singapore, with its registered office at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. We are the data controller for personal information processed through our website and staffing operations. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@sprintlabs.dev.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three broad categories:

• Information you give us — name, email, phone, company, role, country, salary expectations, résumé, portfolio links, voice introduction (Vocaroo), messages and any other information you submit through forms, applications, the client portal or the employee portal.
• Information we generate — vetting notes, interview recordings, assessment scores, contracts, timesheets, invoices, payroll data, e-signature audit trails and support conversations created while delivering our services.
• Information collected automatically — IP address, approximate location, device and browser information, pages viewed and interactions, collected via our web analytics (Google Analytics) and standard server logs.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Operate the website, portals and communications you have signed up for.
• Evaluate applications, run vetting and match candidates to client requests.
• Prepare and manage contracts, quotes, invoices, payroll and leave.
• Provide client support, respond to enquiries and improve our services.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• Comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations in the jurisdictions we operate in.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling outside our own services.

4. Calls and text messages

When you give us a phone number, we may contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or text message (SMS) — including short follow-ups about a shortlist or quote we have sent you. Reply STOP to any text message and we will stop texting you straight away; you can also ask us at hello@sprintlabs.dev.

Phone calls to and from our team may be recorded for quality assurance, training and record-keeping purposes. Recordings and call notes are stored with our telephony provider (CloudTalk) and in our own systems, are accessible only to authorised Sprint Labs staff, and are kept only as long as needed for those purposes. If you would prefer a call not to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call.

5. Legal bases

Where applicable law (such as the EU/UK GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract with you or your employer; your consent (which you can withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business; and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Sharing with third parties

We share personal information only with parties that help us run the service, and only to the extent necessary. Current categories of processors include:

• Hosting and backend — Lovable Cloud (our managed backend), which provides database, authentication, storage and edge functions.
• Payments and billing — Stripe, for card processing, invoicing, subscription management and payout flows.
• Email delivery — Resend, for transactional and campaign emails sent from our domain.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4, for aggregated website usage measurement and anonymized conversion events (page views, sign-ups, contact form submissions, talent applications, quote acceptances and checkout). We do not send personal identifiers such as email addresses or names to Google Analytics.
• Clients and candidates — where relevant to matching, hiring or ongoing engagement, and only with the minimum information required.
• Advisors and authorities — accountants, legal counsel, and regulators when required by law.

7. International transfers

Our team, clients and candidates are spread across Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Americas. Personal information may therefore be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — with our processors.

8. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, and to comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations. Candidate profiles are retained while you are part of our talent network; contract, payroll and invoicing records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.

9. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational controls, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, role-based permissions in the portal, database row-level security, and audit logging for sensitive administrative actions. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account or data has been compromised, contact us at hello@sprintlabs.dev immediately.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights by emailing hello@sprintlabs.dev. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where required, within the timeframes set by law.

11. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as dismissing the rebrand notice) and to run Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may break sign-in and portal functionality.

12. Children

Our services are intended for professional users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the portal or by email.
