    FAQ

What do people ask before hiring by role?

What roles can I hire through Sprint Labs?

Software engineers across every common discipline, AI and automation engineers, QA, DevOps and security, plus revenue and operations roles — SDRs, customer success managers, digital marketers, support specialists, executive assistants and operations managers. If the role isn't listed, we still recruit it; brief it and we'll tell you honestly whether the market supports it.

How much does offshore hiring cost through Sprint Labs?

Roles range from roughly USD 1,000 per month all-in for entry-level support to USD 7,000 for senior AI and platform engineers. Every price is a single flat monthly seat cost covering salary, statutory benefits, local payroll, hardware, HR support and our employer margin. There is no recruitment or placement fee.

Do I need an entity in the country I hire from?

No. Sprint Labs is the legal employer in-market. We contract the person, run local-currency payroll, administer benefits and leave, and invoice you once a month in your own currency.

    How long does hiring take?

A clear brief usually produces a named shortlist within 5–10 business days. Brief-to-start is typically three to five weeks, driven mostly by the candidate's notice period. Senior and scarce roles — DevOps, security, LLM engineering — take three to six weeks to shortlist.
