We are an operator,
not an agency.
Sprint Labs is a Singapore-headquartered talent operator. We recruit across Asia, employ the people we place, run the offices they work from, and stay accountable for how they perform — long after the contract is signed.

Built by people who had been on the wrong end of it.
Our founders built distributed engineering teams before they built Sprint Labs. They sat through the agency pitches, inherited the mis-hires, and spent quarters unpicking work that shipped without review.
The conclusion was uncomfortable: the model was the problem. Nobody in the chain was accountable for the person once the invoice cleared. So we built a company where we are.
Born from the client seat
Founded by people who had built and lost distributed teams. Every process here exists because its absence cost someone a quarter.
We took on the employment
Rather than broker introductions, we hired. Payroll, entity, HR, offices, hardware. It is a heavier business, and it is the only version that makes anyone accountable.
Then we built the software
Requests, shortlists, vetting records, contracts, timesheets, invoices, leave — in one portal, because clients kept asking for spreadsheets we did not want to send.
Make where someone lives irrelevant to the quality of work they can do — and who they can do it for.
Rigorous vetting, managed environments and real employment are how we make that credible to a CTO in London and worth it to an engineer in Ho Chi Minh City at the same time.
To be the reference for how offshore teams should be run, not the cheapest way to run one.
If a client leaves us, we want it to be because they hired the person directly. That has happened. We think it is the right outcome.
Six things we will not trade away.
Integrity
No overselling, no bench-clearing, no hidden fees. If we cannot staff it well, we say so and lose the deal.
Excellence
Three in a hundred applicants make it through vetting. We hold the internal team to the same bar.
Partnership
We behave like an extension of your team, including when that means telling you something you would rather not hear.
Inclusivity
Great people are everywhere. Opportunity is not. Closing that gap is the whole business, not a values slide.
Empathy
We have been the ones onboarding at 2am into someone else's stack. It shapes how we prepare people.
Candour
Weekly numbers, honest retros, real attrition figures. You will hear about a problem from us first.
What functions come with every placement?
Six teams you never have to hire, manage or pay for separately.

Where is Sprint Labs and its people based?
