Who can join the partner program?
Businesses and professionals who advise other businesses: accountants, bookkeepers, business coaches, MSPs and IT providers, and software and marketing agencies. You apply, and our team reviews every application before approving it.
How are my referrals tracked?
Three ways: a business signs up with your personal referral link, it enters your referral code, or you submit its details through the refer form in your partner portal. Every referral and its status is shown in your portal.
When and how do I get paid?
You earn a cash reward for each placement. It becomes available once the placement has passed the 30-day hold period and the client has paid its first invoice. Once your available balance reaches the minimum withdrawal, you can request a withdrawal to your bank account in AUD, NZD or USD.
What happens if a placement ends early?
If a placement ends within its first 30 days, the reward for it is voided. That protects your clients and keeps the program fair, and it is why rewards are held before they become available.
How do tax and invoicing work?
We provide a statement of the rewards paid to you. You are responsible for your own tax, including any GST or VAT, so please check your position with your own adviser.
Can I refer my own business?
No. Self-referrals, including businesses you own or control and your employer, are not eligible for a reward.
